Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead our search strategy across on-page, technical, and AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of boosting rankings, increasing organic traffic, and adapting quickly to Google's evolving algorithms. Expertise in keyword research, content optimization, site audits, and link-building is essential. Familiarity with Semantic SEO and structured data will be a strong advantage. Knowledge in Semantic SEO will be a big plus.

Qualifications

  • Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, rankings, and conversions.
  • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure for maximum impact.
  • Conduct regular technical audits including crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed, and indexation issues, and implement fixes. Perform in-depth keyword research, including semantic search and topical authority building strategies.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure all content meets SEO best practices, E-E-A-T standards, and entity optimization.
  • Optimize for emerging AI search features including Google SGE, AI Overviews, and zero-click results to stay ahead of search trends.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) and maintain accurate NAP details across directories.
  • Monitor KPIs using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, and report actionable insights.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and winning strategies by studying competitors' SEO performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, AI search behavior, and the latest SEO tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in an SEO role
  • Proven track record in improving organic search rankings
  • Knowledge of Wordpress and Elementor
  • Experience in optimizing Google Business Profile and local citations. Strong data interpretation ability and decision-making based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident in client communication. Eager to learn and stay ahead in the rapidly changing SEO and AI-driven search landscape.
