Job Context

We are seeking an experienced and creative
Graphic Designer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and visually compelling designs across both digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute solutions that effectively communicate our clients' brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visually appealing creatives that effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences.
  • Develop and execute design concepts for web, mobile, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and produce unique design solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our design strategy.
  • Solve complex design problems through critical thinking and creative approaches.
  • Ensure all design deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with at least
    1 year of professional work experience
    .
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across multiple platforms.
  • Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design principles.
  • Digitally focused mindset with a passion for staying updated on design and digital trends.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically about design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team settings.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior designers will be considered a plus.
