We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of motion graphics and demonstrate a strong grasp of graphic design principles. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers to create compelling visuals for various projects. A key part of our workflow is maintaining clear communication and tracking progress daily to ensure we meet our collective goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in the creation of engaging visual content, including graphics and basic animations.

Collaborate with the design team on various projects from concept to completion.

Use Adobe After Effects for basic animations and motion graphics tasks.

Design and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Maintain a daily log of work to ensure project timelines are met.

Stay curious and explore new design tools and techniques.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential.

Adequate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to daily work tracking.

Ability to take direction and learn from experienced senior designers.

*Bonus Points:*

Familiarity or experience with new AI-powered design tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a significant plus.
