Role Description

ITAdOn is seeking a skilled and proactive IT System/Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and experience managing enterprise IT systems. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our network, and managing cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:


• Network Administration: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs. Ensure optimal performance and security.


• Microsoft 365 Management: Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Manage user accounts, licenses, and security settings.


• Intune & Device Management: Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune. Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.


• SharePoint Administration: Oversee the setup, configuration, and management of SharePoint sites. Collaborate with departments to optimize SharePoint usage for document management and team collaboration.


• Google Workspace Administration: Manage and support Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet. Handle user provisioning, security settings, and data migration tasks.


• SAAS Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions for cloud-based services (SaaS). Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.


• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide tier 2/3 technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.


• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.


• 3+ years of experience in IT system/network administration.


• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Intune and SharePoint.


• Experience with Google Workspace administration.


• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and firewall management.


• Experience with SaaS backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
