Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct client meetings to pitch and convert leads into active customers
  • Deliver and ensure seamless service execution and resolve client concerns proactively
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize and optimize service offerings for clients
  • Actively seek strategic partnerships with influencers, vendors, and industry collaborators

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year of proven 
    sales experience
     with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with the 
    sales funnel, CRM software
    , and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and 
    convincing skills
  • Highly proactive and self-driven with a growth mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and relationship management
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up with discipline and consistency
