Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Employee located in Bogra Sadar Upazila. The Bank Employee will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, managing customer accounts, processing loans and credit applications, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with insurance-related inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the bank's overall operations.

Qualifications

• Finance skills and experience in handling financial transactions and account management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in processing Credit applications and managing credit accounts
• Familiarity with Insurance policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain financial records accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Relevant educational background in finance, economics, or related field
