Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Court Ambassador at উকিল-Ukil, based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. As a Court Ambassador, you will act as a liaison between clients and legal professionals, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include guiding clients in legal procedures, coordinating appointments, connecting clients with suitable advocates, and providing administrative support to uphold high client service standards. You will play an essential role in representing Ukil's commitment to accessibility and transparency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Familiarity with legal procedures and processes, including land tax payments and Khatian applications
• Client handling, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in local Bengali and English for effective communication
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in the legal field, administration, or a related area is an advantage
