CBS & Database Engineer:

Serve as the single point of contact for all Core Banking Solution (CBS) activities, including data validation, providing accurate information to internal and external stakeholders, and troubleshooting and resolving CBS-related issues. Responsibilities include database administration, maintaining a secure and up-to-date CBS platform, developing MIS reports, supporting the implementation of new banking products, performing UAT, EOD processing, and DR drills, and driving effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless banking operations.

Head Office (Motijheel)

Responsibilities:

  • Continuous support and updates for the Core Banking Solution (FinUltimus).
  • Modify and develop the MIS reports (FinUltimus) as per instructions.
  • Prepare Application & Database Servers for UAT Environment of CBS (FinUltimus) as & when required.
  • Ensure the readiness of UAT for the newer version of FinUltimus so that the users can perform UAT & provide required support.
  • Ensuring always a backup environment (FinUltimus) in case of any disaster.
  • Prepare new product design in CBS(FinUltimus) as & when required.
  • Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live (FinUltimus).
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Experience with Core Banking Solutions (preferably FinUltimus) will be highly valued.
  • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
