Student Counselor & Admission Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Counselor & Admission Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for guiding students towards their academic and career aspirations abroad, and possess a strong understanding of the international education and migration landscape, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
:

  • Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and their families regarding study abroad options, including university selection, program choices, admission requirements, and career pathways in various countries.
  • Guide students through the entire admission process, from application submission and documentation to interview preparation and visa procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and admission requirements for different countries and educational institutions.
  • Assist students with preparing essential documents, such as Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
  • Conduct informational sessions, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.
  • Collaborate with international universities, colleges, and relevant organizations to facilitate admission and visa processes.
  • Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.9Contribute to the company`s marketing and recruitment efforts
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • In depth knowledge about international education system and admission process
  • Familiarly with vis and immigration procedure for versus countries (e.g, Canada, Australia, UK,USA, Europe, New Zealand)
  • familiarly with Tourist visa procedure for Versus countries (e.g, US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European and other Countries

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Education Counseling, Business Development, Student Visa Processing, Student File Processing, package tour, Immigration Education Consultancy Service, Visit Visa, Tourist visa processing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Tour Operator,Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates with an English Medium Academic Background Will be Given Priority
