Trainee Sales Executive (Showroom)

Key Points

At Transcom, we prepare trainees to become future sales leaders through hands-on retail and B2B experience. They learn sales operations, customer handling, and product management to grow with us and achieve excellence in their careers.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Learn and support lead generation activities through customer interaction and local marketing initiatives.
  • Handle customer queries and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in sales planning, product display, and stock arrangement.
  • Support B2C and B2B sales operations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain basic documentation related to sales, delivery, and collection as per company policy.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, showroom management

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
