Job Summary:

We are looking for a Trainee/Junior Associate for our ERP & Financial Consultancy department to support requirement gathering, document business processes, assist in ERP implementation across various modules, and coordinate with teams for testing, deployment, and reporting. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in ERP and financial consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities associated with this position include:

  • Support in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Document business processes and translate them into ERP workflows
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to configure, test, and deploy solutions
  • Assist in ERP implementation across various modules (Accounting, Buying, Sales, Inventory, HR, Project etc.)
  • Prepare project status reports and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant technical discipline (e.g., IT/CS/Engineering)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience
  • Basic understanding of business processes in finance, operations, HR, sales, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.), but eagerness to learn and adapt quickly is most important.
  • Basic technical skills and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, with the ability to pick up new tools and systems
  • Interest in data management, reporting, and workflow design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive and learning-oriented attitude

Benefits:

Salary: BDT 18, ,000 (Depending on the candidate's qualifications)

10 days of casual leave and 14 days of sick leave. After completion of 1 year, additional 15 days of annual leave will be provided
