Management Trainee Officer/Assistant Manager
- SCM
to support and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of SCM Department:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.
  • Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.
  • Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • BBA/MBA/B.Sc/M.Sc in Management, International Business, Supply Chain Management, IPE
  • Skills Required: Working under pressure, Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Teamwork and Cooperation

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Garments,Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Automobile,Battery, Storage cell,Dry cell (Battery)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with up to 1/2 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
