Trainee Executive (Telemarketing - Real Estate)

Job Description / Responsibility

Context:

  • Applications from eligible candidates with experience in Telemarketing, Digital Marketing, and Customer Support will be given preference.
  • This is a full-time, permanent position, and the candidate must be able to perform the assigned job responsibilities.
  • Applicants must be professional and in sound mental and physical condition to apply for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients from various sources with set targets.
  • Source clients/prospects from various online and offline mediums.
  • Maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge about all products.
  • Serve as an information source on product features and amenities, both in hard copy and soft copy formats. Assist the sales department with client communication if required.
  • Convey organizational values through telemarketing in terms of voice, approach, and information.
  • Maintain and update customer databases. Maintain data sheet of all client interactions.
  • Handle client queries across all communication channels (Facebook comments, Messenger, WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the Master List of Client Queries.
  • Work closely with the call auditor to assist in lead assignment in CRM and report making.
  • Any tasks assigned by the Top Management and/ or Departmental Head as per Organizational Policy.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Marketing, Customer Service, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Call Center

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, Good grasp on English and Bangla language.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must have good fluency and clear pronunciation in both Bangla and English language.
  • Candidates with experience in any companies/ agencies in the telemarketing or customer care sector will be given preference.
