Job Overview

We're looking for a
Design Coder

who thrives at the intersection of
visual design and front-end development

. You'll be responsible for transforming high-fidelity designs into polished, responsive, and interactive web experiences. You care about the small design details just as much as performance, accessibility, and clean code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Sketch, etc.) into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JS code
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility
  • Prototype interactive elements to bring designs to life (animations, transitions, micro-interactions)
  • Maintain design systems and reusable front-end components
  • Ensure code is accessible, scalable, and cross-browser compatible
  • Collaborate in design critiques and front-end code review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in this field.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including pre/post-processors like Sass or PostCSS), and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and the ability to interpret design specs
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Animation experience using tools like GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS or frontend frameworks , Nuxt).
  • Passion for typography, color theory, and motion design.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Remuneration 30,000 BDT to 55,000 BDT Monthly (remuneration might be negotiable based on the skill & performance).
