Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor with relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with students and their families effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily phone calls to follow up with universities, students, and B2B partners.
  • Provide initial consultation to students and parents, then hand over complex cases to senior counsellors.
  • Assist students in course and university selection based on eligibility and preferences.
  • Lodge applications through university portals and track progress until offer issuance.
  • Draft and review Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and supporting documents.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all daily activities, notes, and communication logs.
  • Coordinate with admissions and compliance teams for pending or missing documents.
  • Respond promptly to student queries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Support student file preparation for GTE and visa documentation.
  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and in-house spot admissions when required.
  • Assist in data entry, report generation, and maintaining student records.
  • Follow up with offer acceptance, tuition deposit, and COE issuance steps.
