Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Sale Support professional. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns to enhance customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include assisting in sales operations, analyzing data and trends to optimize performance, and ensuring smooth processes. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients are essential to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication skills for effective client and team interaction
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including support and coordination
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data and improve operations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies is a plus
  • Experience within the e-learning sector or education industry is advantageous
