We're Hiring: Site Engineer – Vertex Construction Ltd.

Are you an experienced Site Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction? Vertex Construction Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across the country.

Position: Site Engineer

Location: Project-based (Dhaka & Nationwide)

Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years in civil construction supervision and execution

Responsibilities:


• Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site


• Ensure quality control, safety, and timely progress of work


• Interpret technical drawings and ensure construction aligns with design


• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers


• Maintain site records, material logs, and daily progress reports


• Monitor compliance with project specifications and BOQ

Requirements:


• B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering


• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site experience (structural and finishing)


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols


• Ability to lead a site team and solve site-level problems independently


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools


• Excellent communication and organizational skills
