Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to supervise, monitor, and execute construction site activities efficiently, with a focus on interior design and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in site supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

  • Supervise all project activities and ensure smooth operation as per the work schedule.
  • Study all types of drawings (Rajuk Plan, Architectural, Structural, Perspective) to identify any discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
  • Supervise and monitor steel structure and finishing works as per approved design and plan.
  • Monitor labor progress and performance regularly and check labor bills.
  • Ensure all project works are completed within the given schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports for management updates.
  • Verify the quality of all construction materials at the site.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all construction works and workers.
  • Manage materials (receiving, distribution, and record-keeping) and coordinate with the purchase department for timely supply.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all project-related works, utility records, and bills.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and management for smooth project execution.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public or private university, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with adequate experience in construction projects.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Applicants should have experience in Consulting Firms, Real Estate, or as a Developer.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have strong knowledge of Fare Face building construction and BNBC-2020 guidelines.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for designing and drafting.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction and building materials quality.
  • Ability to handle contractors and workers effectively.
  • Possess a practical field experience and a problem-solving mindset.
