Sr. Executive, Treasury

Job Description / Responsibility

  1. Treasury Accounting Operations:

  2. Record all treasury-related transactions including loan disbursements, repayments, bank charges, interest income/expenses, and FX transactions in the ERP.

  3. Ensure timely posting of cash and bank transactions and reconciliation with bank statements.

  4. Reconciliation & Reporting:

  5. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with banks and internal teams.

  6. Assist in preparing treasury-related schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

  7. Loan & Investment Tracking:

  8. Monitor and account for corporate loans, inter-company loans, term deposits, and investments.

  9. Maintain up-to-date records of outstanding balances, interest schedules, and maturity timelines.

  10. Compliance & Control:

  11. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.

  12. Support external and internal audits by providing accurate treasury records and justifications.

  13. Stakeholder Coordination:

  14. Coordinate with Accounts, Tax, Legal, and Banking teams for proper accounting treatment and reporting.

  15. Liaise with banks for confirmations, interest certificates, and settlement documentation.

  16. Process Improvement:

  17. Support automation and digitization initiatives within the Treasury function.

  18. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce reconciliation delays.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance
  • Skills Required: Treasury, Accounting, ERP Software, Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
