Job Description / Responsibility

Sr. Planning Executive / Planning Executive will be responsible for supporting the Animal Health business in achieving sustainable and profitable growth through data-driven planning and analysis. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, finance, and cross-functional business teams to analyze sales trends, market dynamics, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and financial performance. The position will contribute to effective decision-making, accurate forecasting, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business performance to identify key issues, risks, and opportunities impacting profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate budgets, business plans, and forecasts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations on sales performance, market intelligence, and business insights for management.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial, economic, and operational data to support business decisions.
  • Forecast sales trends and assess the impact of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with finance and business teams to support budget preparation, business planning, and feasibility analysis.
  • Work closely with portfolio heads and functional managers to monitor performance against targets and support achievement of organizational goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage financial and business databases by sourcing, validating, and securing relevant data.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor in line with business requirements.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Skills Required: Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Analyzing sales metrics, Sales Data Analysis
