About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled
eCommerce Product Uploading & Administration Specialist
to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing our client's digital product catalog, ensuring accurate data handling, structured categorization, and optimized product presentation across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product data across eCommerce platforms
  • Organize and maintain product categories for easy navigation
  • Manage product attributes, specifications, and images
  • Handle pricing updates and ensure accuracy in product listings
  • Work extensively with
    Excel
    and
    Google Sheets
    for data management
  • Apply
    basic SEO
    techniques to improve product visibility
  • Ensure product data consistency, quality, and completeness

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    eCommerce product data handling & uploading
  • Strong skills in
    Advanced Excel
    and
    Google Sheets
  • Experience in
    product categorization and attribute management
  • Knowledge of
    price management
    and updating rules
  • Familiarity with
    image editing/management
    for online platforms
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO for eCommerce
  • Attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to handle large datasets
