About the Role

We are looking for a
creative, tech-savvy, and versatile Social Media Content Developer
to manage and create engaging content for multiple digital brands across different industries. The role requires someone who can think strategically, create visually appealing content, and adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
  • Create original
    social media content
    (posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos, infographics, GIFs).
  • Write
    engaging copy
    tailored to different audiences (B2B SaaS, HR/people-focused, and e-commerce).
  • Ensure
    brand consistency
    in visuals, tone, and messaging.
  • Stay updated with
    social media trends, formats, and tools
    , and apply them creatively to campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/tech team to align content with business goals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for reach and performance.
  • Support basic content needs for ads, blogs, or landing pages when required.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media content creation (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in
    Canva
    (essential); Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to create
    short-form video content
    using tools like CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
  • Excellent writing skills in English (Bangla is a plus).
  • Understanding of
    social media algorithms
    and engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with
    WordPress/website content
    and SEO basics is a bonus.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to deliver on tight timelines.
