About TKO Boxing Academy: TKO is one of Bangladesh's fastest-growing boxing clubs and academies — home to rising amateurs, international pros, and the country's most active fight culture.
With expanding classes, new coaches (Masud & Munna), weekly sparring events, and increasing national attention, we are entering a new phase of rapid growth.
To support this expansion, we are hiring an Assistant Manager – Operations & Communications who can handle professional-level communication, client management, and day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for smooth operations, professional communication, and end-to-end management across:
- Daily Academy Operations
- Managing class schedules, equipment, and facility readiness
- Coordinating between coaches, students, and admin
- Ensuring smooth sparring nights (TKO Fighting Club Mondays)
Communication & Client Relations
- Converting leads into paid students (professional communication skills required)
- Handling inquiries on WhatsApp, calls, and social media
- Following up with prospects consistently until conversion
- Maintaining healthy relationships with current members
Boxer & Manager Coordination
- Communicating with professional fighters, visiting athletes, and their managers
- Managing training schedules, sparring lists, and event preparations
- Coordinating fighter-related documentation (medical, registration, etc.)
Institutional & External Partnerships
Responsibilities include communication and organization with:
- Schools (e.g., Baseerah School boxing ECAs)
- Corporate fitness programs
- Event organizers
- Sponsors
Revenue & Growth Support
- Supporting revenue targets of the academy
- Tracking monthly students, renewals, and lead conversions
- Helping create member promotions, events, and community activities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sports Complex
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla (spoken + written)
- Strong organisational ability and follow-through
- Confident in speaking with parents, school admins, clients & boxers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic social media and digital communication knowledge
- Punctual, disciplined, respectful & proactive
Bonus:
- Experience in sports, fitness, boxing, MMA gyms, events or athlete management.
