About the Role

We are an education consultancy working exclusively with the Australian student visa and migration. This role is designed for individuals who understand that sales in education is not pushy selling, but structured guidance, ethical communication, and disciplined follow-up. If you are comfortable working with targets, leads, and accountability, while respecting compliance and accuracy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns by converting digital and offline leads.
  • Represent the company professionally in outreach activities and events.
  • Track performance and contribute to revenue growth through ethical sales.
  • Promote organizational visibility through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key educational stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach and strengthen market presence.
  • Support and evaluate promotional and recruitment initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategies for sustainable growth and brand development.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)
  • Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Organized, punctual, and process-driven
  • Willingness to learn the Australian education and visa system
  • Sales mindset with ethical boundaries

Experience
:

1–2 years experience in education sales, student recruitment, or consultancy preferred

Mandatory Preference

Prior exposure to Australian student recruitment, education consulting, or lead-based sales will be highly valued
