Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Chandpur Sadar Upazila. The Business Development Representative will focus on lead generation, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, making outbound calls, tracking sales pipelines, and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
  • Proficiency in Business Development strategies and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Relevant experience in similar roles is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of the retail sector is an advantage
