Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Calculate partner margins, sales incentives, and KPI performance for the sales team to ensure accurate payout and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and regularly update multiple performance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
  • Validate and calculate promotional offers, cashback, and campaign performance, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and internal/external teams for approval and settlement.
  • Assist in campaign outcome forecasting and target achievement analysis through data consolidation and visualization.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Convert complex data and information into clear, engaging slides.
  • Design templates, infographics, charts, and visual content.
  • Work with management and teams to prepare pitch decks, reports, and project presentations.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA/MBA from any reputed Public or Private University.
  • Skills Required: Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 9 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in a distribution, FMCG or Telecom industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills (animations, transitions, charts, graphs, templates).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (optional: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and deliver results within tight deadlines.
