Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dhaka, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As an Information Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert IT consulting services, analyzing technology requirements, offering technical support, and advising clients on information technology solutions to enhance their operations. The role also includes implementing and optimizing systems to secure and streamline processes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT Consulting and Consulting to assess and meet client needs effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and solve complex technology-related challenges
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology and its practical applications
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting for various IT systems
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to adapt and balance both in-office and remote work requirements
  • Relevant IT certifications and a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field are highly desirable
