About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Laravel PHP Developer
to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, solid architectural understanding, and experience building scalable, secure web applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using
    Laravel (PHP)
  • Build and optimize
    RESTful APIs
    and backend services
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Ensure best practices in software development and deployment

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company,IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in
    PHP development
  • Strong expertise in
    Laravel Framework
  • Solid understanding of
    OOP, MVC, SOLID principles
  • Experience with
    MySQL / PostgreSQL
    and query optimization
  • Hands-on experience with
    REST APIs
    and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    , CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows
  • Knowledge of
    authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    / React
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of
    Docker
    , AWS, or cloud-based deployments
  • Familiarity with
    Redis, queues, and background jobs
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading a small dev team
