Manager - Industrial Engineering (IE)
Key Points
- Lead IE & Planning Dept. to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost. Implement Lean, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, TPM, and ERP tools. Plan production, analyze capacity, finalize SMV & CM, and ensure optimal use of labor, machinery, and materials.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide leadership in organizing the IE & Planning Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
- To responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan, T&A, and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
- Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
- Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
- Calculate and finalize product SMV from GSD method, CM calculation, Production Planning, Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis & finalize the product cost
- Be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
- Skills Required: Six Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Kaizen, Cost optimization, Production Planning, Capacity assessment
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
