Overview

Inovace Technologies Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and experienced SEO S
pecialist
to take full ownership of our online presence. This is a cross-functional role combining advanced SEO, SEM, SMM, content and email marketing, automation, affiliate and influencer management, online PR, and technical website optimization. You'll be the driver behind turning digital
traffic into qualified leads and loyal customers,
while also maintaining the technical health of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities - SEO

  • Drive strategic SEO initiatives: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Run audits to fix crawl errors, speed issues, and indexing problems.
  • Own keyword mapping and optimize all content for high-intent search queries.

SEM & PPC

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Bing, YouTube).
  • A/B test creatives and bidding strategies to ensure performance and ROI.

SMM & Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and manage social media calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with influencers to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Content & Email Marketing

  • Lead editorial strategy for blogs, newsletters, and downloadable content.
  • Design email automation workflows that nurture and convert leads.

Affiliate, PR & Video Marketing

  • Launch and manage affiliate programs.
  • Lead online PR efforts, including outreach and brand mentions.
  • Coordinate video campaigns from concept to publication.

Marketing Automation

  • Build automated funnels and retargeting flows using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
  • Sync CRM with lead sources for seamless handoff to sales.

Website Optimization & Code-Level Fixes

  • Enhance site usability and lead conversion via UX/UI tweaks.
  • Identify and resolve website code/design issues (HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress).
  • Implement tracking tools, pop-ups, CTAs, and lead magnets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, CS, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in digital marketing roles with full-funnel experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GTM, WordPress, and Elementor.
  • Able to read/fix front-end code and troubleshoot web performance.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, or Meta Ads is a strong plus.
