Job Description / Responsibility

  • Government Client Retention
  • Maintain strong and sustainable relationships with government clients through regular visits to directorates and project offices, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets
  • Ensure commitment to assigned sales and disbursement targets by strategically supervising government disbursement transactions and monitoring performance against defined objectives.
  • Business Enhancement
  • Drive business growth, efficiency, and overall performance through continuous improvement initiatives, effective execution, and identification of opportunities for expansion and optimization.
  • Regional Awareness and Workshop Activities
  • Conduct 100–150 Upazila-wise government project visits to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Actively participate in district and Upazila-level meetings, workshops, and awareness programs to address beneficiary queries and service-related requests.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Planning, Strategy, and Innovation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and innovative solutions to effectively manage and optimize government key accounts, ensuring long-term growth and success.
  • Reporting and Team Leadership
  • Provide regular progress updates, share insights, and seek guidance as required to ensure alignment, effective coordination, and timely execution within the defined reporting structure.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Strategic Planning, Financial Products/ Services Marketing, Teamwork, Leadership and teamwork, Multitasking, Team management, Sales Target Achievement, communication and interpersonal skill., Easy to adapt to challenging situation

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Relevant experiences in MFS/ Banking industry will be given preference.
