About the role:
As a Key Account Executive at Agronochain Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and growing high-value buyer relationships within our transparent, technology-enabled agricultural ecosystem. This is a commercially driven role focused on retention, expansion, and reliability of key accounts critical to Agronochain's market linkage strategy.
You will ensure smooth coordination between buyers, operations, and supply teams while translating verified farmer production data into consistent, profitable trade. Your role will directly support stable demand, predictable pricing, and long-term partnerships across the agricultural value chain.
Key Responsibility:
- Managing and expanding relationships with key institutional buyers, corporate clients, and strategic partners
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
- Negotiating pricing, volumes, and commercial terms in alignment with Agronochain standards
- Coordinating demand planning and order execution with Operations and Field teams
- Monitoring account performance, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction
- Managing digital records of contracts, transactions, and account activities
- Identifying opportunities for account growth, long-term contracts, and repeat business
- Collecting client feedback and sharing market insights with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in key account management, B2B sales, or relationship management (agriculture/ FMCG/ Food & Beverage sector preferred)
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM, ERP, or digital transaction platforms is an advantage
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend meetings, and coordinate with field operations
