Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Specialist with AI knowledge, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that incorporate AI-driven strategies. You will work closely with our marketing and tech teams to develop and implement campaigns that enhance customer engagement, improve conversions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Integration in Digital Campaigns:

2. Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts (e.g., predictive analytics, AI-driven SEO, content automation).

3. Analyze and optimize customer journeys using AI to personalize content, ads, and experiences.

4. Utilize machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize targeting strategies for paid media campaigns.

5. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

6. Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns.

7. Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

8. Data Analysis & Reporting:

9. Use AI-powered analytics tools to gather insights, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.

10. Prepare reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to stakeholders.

11. Continuously assess the effectiveness of campaigns and implement data-driven optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Education
  : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience
  : 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on knowledge of AI tools.
• Skills
  :
• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for marketing (e.g., Google AI, Adobe Sensei, chatbots, predictive analytics, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and AI integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-based analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, IBM Watson, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
