Role Description


• Identify and contact potential customers to promote products, services, and offers


• Conduct phone calls and social media interactions to persuade customers and generate leads


• Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and social media


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers


• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities


• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation


• Arrange and coordinate client visits, meetings, and follow-ups

Requirements

Educational Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree / Honors — preferably in Marketing
or a related field


• Final-year Bachelor students may also apply

Skills & Competencies:


• Strong sales skills and customer engagement ability


• Excellent communication skills (phone, email & social media)


• Familiarity with digital marketing tools & software


• Ability to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads


• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing & content marketing


• Strong multitasking and time management capability


• Friendly, patient, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
