Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. While 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred, fresh graduates with the right skills and passion are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.)

Assist in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to drive traffic and improve online visibility

Manage and grow social media pages, ensuring engaging and consistent content

Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, etc.

Work with the creative team to produce attractive graphics, videos, and written content

Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitor activities

Support in email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate from a reputed university (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred)

Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads will be an advantage

Good communication skills in Bangla & English

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus

Freshers with strong learning ability and interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply
