  • শিক্ষার্থীদের বাংলা ব্যাকরণ, রচনা, সাহিত্য ও অনুবাদ বিষয়ে পাঠদান করা।
  • শিক্ষার্থীদের সৃজনশীল ও সমন্বিত পদ্ধতিতে পাঠদানে দক্ষতা প্রয়োগ করা।
  • নিয়মিত ক্লাস নেওয়া ও ক্লাস টেস্ট/অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট মূল্যায়ন করা।
  • শিক্ষার্থীদের রসায়নের তাত্ত্বিক ও ব্যবহারিক (Practical) বিষয়সমূহ সহজভাবে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
  • ল্যাবরেটরি ক্লাস পরিচালনা ও প্রয়োজনীয় পরীক্ষণ সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন করানো।
  • শিক্ষার্থীদের সৃজনশীল প্রশ্ন সমাধান ও বোর্ড পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি করানো।
