Glory School & College is inviting applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the post of
Assistant Teacher – English
in both Bangla and English Versions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for Class-II to Class-X students.
  • Develop lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and school syllabus.
  • Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through classwork, homework, assignments, and examinations.
  • Strengthen students' foundation in English grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student growth.
  • Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in English/English Literature/ELT. (Master's preferred).
  • Strong subject knowledge with focus on grammar and language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experienced candidates are highly preferred.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
