is looking for a thoughtful, data-aware
Content Strategist
to help shape our long-term content vision, strengthen our storytelling engine, and turn insights into impact.
This role is for someone who can think beyond posts—someone who understands
why content works
, not just how to publish it.
What you'll do:
- Define content strategy across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Newsletter)
- Translate brand vision into clear content pillars, formats, and calendars
- Analyze audience behavior, engagement trends, and performance data
- Guide creators and writers with strong editorial direction
- Identify scalable content formats with long-term growth potential
Who should apply:
- Strong background in content, media, or storytelling (agency, media, or brand side)
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment (English required, Bangla a plus)
- Deep curiosity about culture, people, and internet behavior
