Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement & Purchase Manager located in Dhaka. The Procurement & Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments to meet the organization's needs. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and optimizing the procurement process for cost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, and vendor management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Analytical abilities, particularly in market trend analysis and budget management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement processes
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
