Bezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services. As we scale our operations and shift to a new corporate location, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive our marketing and sales efforts.

Role Overview: As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Bezpoke, you'll play a key role in executing digital strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and convert online interest into showroom footfall. You will manage online campaigns, optimize digital channels, and ensure that Bezpoke's luxury offerings are powerfully positioned across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Handle SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Maintain and optimize website content and UX in coordination with design and content teams.
  • Create, manage, and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the field marketing team to align online and offline campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitors' online presence.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights for review by the CMO.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-
    5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, social media, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimization.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
