We're Hiring: Product Management Executive

Agronochain is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Management Executive to oversee the development and evolution of our technology platforms. This role requires strong product thinking, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee development of company technology platforms from concept to launch

  2. Design product features and user flows aligned with business goals

  3. Create mockups and prototypes using design and prototyping tools

  4. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategic plans

  5. Coordinate with tech, design, marketing, and sales teams

  6. Build and maintain dashboards for real-time project visibility

  7. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  8. Manage product timelines, feature releases, and quality standards

  9. Collect user feedback and drive continuous product improvement

  10. Coordinate technology integrations with partners

  11. Maintain clear documentation of product development processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in product management or similar roles

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
