We are seeking a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer skilled in React, , and Laravel to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our CRM into a sleek, fast, and modern web platform that enhances usability and performance for thousands of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using and
  • Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX in collaboration with designers.
  • Build and maintain Laravel-based APIs and backend logic.
  • Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless data exchange.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Ensure application security, data consistency, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers.
  • Stay current with modern JavaScript, React, and Laravel best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or Full Stack Developer (2–3+ years).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with:

(2+ years)

(Server-Side Rendering, Routing, API Routes)

TypeScript

Tailwind CSS / SCSS

  • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and Laravel (PHP Framework).
  • Solid understanding of state management (Redux / Context API / Zustand).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Git for version control and environment setup.
  • Database experience with MySQL and Redis.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with 14 (App Router) and SSR/SSG optimization.
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
  • Knowledge of build tools (Vite, Webpack, Gulp).
  • Experience using UI frameworks (shadcn/ui, Tailwind, Material UI).
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Understanding of agile/scrum workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development.
