Job Overview

Acote Group is looking for a skilled and motivated
Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
with strong knowledge in both frontend and backend development. You will work with modern frameworks such as
React, , Flutter
on the frontend and
Java, , Express, and Python
on the backend.

You will be responsible for building scalable applications, maintaining APIs, ensuring smooth system integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development

  • Develop responsive web applications using

    and
  • Build mobile app screens and functionalities using
    Flutter
  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality code (Figma/Adobe XD)
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility

Backend Development

  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using
    Java (Spring Boot), (Express), or Python (Django/FastAPI)
  • Write clean, scalable, and secure backend logic
  • Work with microservices, modular architecture, and integration workflows
  • Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases:
    PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

System & Collaboration

  • Integrate frontend and backend systems smoothly
  • Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/VPS)
  • Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
  • Ensure system security, performance optimization, and best coding practices
  • Maintain documentation for APIs, modules, and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong knowledge in:

  • Hands-on experience developing and integrating REST APIs
  • Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)

  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD
    , Git, and modern DevOps flow
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed architecture
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Additional Preferences

  • Experience with API documentation tools (
    Swagger, Postman
    )
  • Familiarity with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth2)
  • Knowledge of caching tools (Redis), message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
  • Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVC, MVVM patterns
  • Experience working in agile development environments
