ADEVS is a fast-growing software company developing world-class web and mobile applications. We're expanding our in-house product team and looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our Narayanganj office.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
Laravel

and modern frontend technologies. You'll collaborate with backend and mobile teams to ensure seamless performance, high security, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications with clean, modular, and scalable code.
  • Design and build RESTful APIs with secure authentication and version control.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams using Blade, , or React for smooth integration.
  • Optimize MySQL queries, indexing, and schema design for speed and scalability.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, Sanctum, Passport).
  • Write well-documented, reusable code following PSR standards and best practices.
  • Manage deployment environments and perform basic Linux server administration (Ubuntu/RHEL).
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify long-term performance improvements.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services (Stripe, Twilio, AWS, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in
    Laravel (8+)

, PHP 8+, OOP, and MVC architecture.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and JWT/Sanctum/Passport authentication.
- Advanced MySQL knowledge: joins, triggers, indexing, and query optimization.
- Proficient in frontend technologies: Blade, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or React.
- Experience working with POS, SaaS, or API-heavy systems.
- Familiar with Git/GitHub workflows and deployment on Linux servers.
- Experience integrating AWS services (S3, SES, RDS, EC2) or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong debugging skills using Laravel Telescope or similar tools.
- Knowledge of queues, caching, and scheduling (Redis/Horizon) is a plus.
- Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CSE/EEE/IT or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development (Laravel focus).
  • Proven experience in scalable, API-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and database design.
