Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Frontend Developer. The Frontend Developer will work on creating and improving user-facing elements of web applications, ensuring responsive and interactive designs. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into functional components, writing well-structured and maintainable code, collaborating with designers and backend developers, and troubleshooting issues to enhance user experience. Adherence to best practices and standards will be critical to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with modern libraries and frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to transform designs into functional interfaces
  • Familiarity with debugging tools, browser developer tools, and performance optimization
  • Skills in cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development
  • Knowledge of backend integration and RESTful APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with Git or other version control systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in projects focusing on emerging markets or corporate growth is advantageous
