Fashol is looking for an "
Impact & Partnerships Manager"

to drive strategic collaborations that amplify our mission and scale our impact. You will identify high-value partnership opportunities, shape clear and compelling narratives, and work closely with leadership to ensure every collaboration aligns with Fashol's growth and impact goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and shortlist relevant global & opportunities in areas such as climate, agri, food systems, digitization, SME, AI, women/farmers programs.

  • Decide which opportunities are worth pursuing, saving the team time and effort.

  • Translate Fashol's traction, numbers, impact, and roadmap into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Turn numbers and metrics into stories that highlight Fashol's impact and growth.

  • Prepare concept notes, proposals, log frames/theories of change, budgets, and impact KPIs.

  • Collaborate with Finance on budgets, co-funding, and burn analysis.

  • Work with Operations for farmer count, tons, and ADC metrics.

  • Partner with Product to align proposals with the tech roadmap.

  • Track milestones, ensure compliance, and manage reporting deadlines.

  • Provide strategic advice on partnership opportunities to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduation in Business, Economics, Development Studies, or a relevant field.

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in development, impact, or donor ecosystem roles.

  • Comfortable with numbers & financial narratives (budgets, P&L, unit economics).

  • Experience in grant writing, partnerships, or stakeholder management.

  • Self-starter who can prioritize, make decisions, and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional skills.

  • Familiarity with social impact frameworks, startup culture, and development trends.

  • Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and inclusive economic development.

Work Location:

Fashol Head Office, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.
