PMaspire is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Business Operations and Partnership to oversee HR operations, manage employee KPIs, resolve workplace concerns, streamline business processes and support the development of PMaspire's sales and project management communities.
Job Responsibility:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cross functional teams across sales, customer success, training, technology and support.
- Managee operational processes, SOPs and performance KPIs for efficiency and quality improvement.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare monthly and quarterly business reports for management.
- HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.
- Develop and strengthen groups sales and PMO communities across the world..
- Engage stakeholders, trainers, alumni and global professionals to build active communities.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with PMaspire's international community network.
- Sign up for Universities for for Sales Education Accreditation Program
- Mentor and support HR staff, operations executives and community coordinators.
- Ensure strong communication across teams and foster a performance oriented culture.
- Represent the business professionally in internal and external interactions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture, communication and team harmony.
- Manager and Support in project coordination, follow ups, task management and reporting.
Location : Dhaka
Benefit Package:
- Fixed Salary: Tk 100,000 to Tk 120,000 [Depending on Experience and other criteria]
- Sales incentive - 2-3% upon achieving the team sales target
- Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidized
- Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
- Weekly Holidays - Two Days

Educational Background:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Sales, Operations, Client Service/ Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales
Experience
- 12 to 15 years
- Preferably in sales, business development, operation management.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreign customers. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis. High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability. Well organized, keeps deadlines Strong presentation skills, good communicator and motivator.
