WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Material Lead in Global Material Organization, you are accountable for executing the global consolidation of material & component deals based on brands demands to strengthen our customer centric beliefs and strategy.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH​

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people to …​

  • Work as a catalyst and work collaboratively with brands to drive required investments
  • Use macroeconomic and global industry trends to validate price trends and demands
  • Lead global consolidation of Cotton Yarn deals/component deals based on brand demands
  • Identify potential group synergies for fiber, yarn, and material deals across multiple markets for cotton
  • Negotiate global yarn deals for Cotton – based on the identified price benchmarks across multiple regions
  • Have knowledge in T2/T3 supplier base, capability mapping and equipped facilitation that enables you to drive and facilitate Partnership opportunities

AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

  • Academic background in Textile Engineering is preferrable
  • 7-10 years of working experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of material price benchmarks like fiber, yarn, fabric in the market for Cotton - Jersey, Woven, Knitted types
  • Ability to leverage deep knowledge of price, quality, availability, and supplier tiers across product categories
  • Good knowledge of different sustainable options and programs in cotton
  • Awareness of the upcharge for different sustainable options
  • Good communication skill, analytical skill and strategic thinking
