Job Context

We are looking for talented Senior Golang developers who will be a crucial part of our dynamic software development team. The selected candidate will have to write scalable, robust, and easy-to-maintain code. They will be required to translate software requirements into high-performance products.

Key ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, promoting best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Provide analytical approaches to solve various problems
  • Design and build web and enterprise application using backend languages Golang
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features.
  • Follow defined coding rules/conventions defined by the company
  • Perform Unit test and ensure proper test coverage as per organizational standard
  • Prepare basic design, detail design, execute basic acceptance testing
  • Follow review process for peer review to code delivery
  • Participate in defined meeting as per company policy
  • Achieve the goals set by the project manager
  • Perform Unit test and ensure proper test coverage as per organizational standard
  • Troubleshoot issues where needed
  • Follow review process for peer review to code delivery
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards.

Required EXPERTISE AND COMPETENCIES

TECHNICAL

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 4 years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Knowledge of various Go frameworks and tools
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
  • Excellent coding skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Quick learner and open to learning new technologies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience of E-Courier, Food Delivery app, E-Commerce will be preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases MS SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ORM
  • technologies (JPA, Hibernate).
  • Strong understanding on Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
  • Practical experience in REST & RESTful web services.
  • Skills in front-end technologies like ReactJS
  • Commanding knowledge on Maven, Gradle build tools
  • Experience in competitive programming will be given preference
