Position:
Golang Developer (Onsite, Full-time)

We are seeking an entry-level or 1+ year experienced Golang Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with backend development, a solid understanding of Golang programming, and the ability to design and implement high-performance, scalable systems. In this role, you will be expected to take full ownership of the project you are assigned to, ensuring it progresses smoothly from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Golang
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate APIs and provide solutions that meet user requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure the best coding practices are followed
  • Troubleshoot and optimize backend systems for efficiency
  • Wirk with other team members to build a seamless and integrated system across platforms
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Entry / 1+ years of professional experience in backend development (internships and projects count)
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency
    in Golang and experience with RESTful API design
  • Database:
    Experience with MySQL, Cassandra, or similar relational and NoSQL databases
  • Real-Time Communication:
    Familiarity with WebSocket for real-time applications
  • Authentication:
    Understanding of JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for secure authentication
  • Tools:
    Experience with version control (Git) and other developer tools
  • Collaboration:
    Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers and other development teams
  • Problem Solving:
    Strong debugging and optimization skills
  • Ownership:
    Proven ability to take full ownership of a project, managing all aspects and driving it to completion

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud storage solutions such as MinIO
  • Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Memcached
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks
